iGaming Today reported that Bulgaria introduced mandatory licensing for gambling affiliates under the National Revenue Agency. The rules began on 1 August, with existing affiliates required to apply by 15 August 2026.
Existing gambling affiliates must apply for a licence to comply with the new regime.
