Banijay Gaming has agreed to buy Groupe JOA’s casino network in France, reported by SBC News. The deal covers 33 casinos and uses a put option agreed with Blackstone-managed and Kings Park Capital-managed funds.
The agreement would add 33 French casinos to Banijay Gaming’s portfolio.
